You will not taste a steak like ours anywhere else in the world. Every cut of beef has been handpicked to our exact requirements and dry aged in-house for anything up to 70 days. But that's not all we cook - we also serve melt-in-the-mouth pulled pork, delicious aromatic lamb skewers, crispy calamari and amazing vegetable sides.

To match the food, we have the widest range of American whiskies in the UK, a wine list that references every corner of the globe, the best beers that the US and UK have to offer, and a cocktail menu to rival any City bar.

Whiskey
Whiskey is the perfect accompaniment to our menu, enhancing the smoky and earthy flavours created by cooking over open fires. At Barbecoa we have the widest range of American whiskey in the UK, as well as whiskies from Scotland, Ireland and all around the world. Whether you're new to whiskey or a connoisseur, there will be something here to surprise you.

Our cocktail menu is governed by simplicity. You can create spectacular flavours with a few ingredients, quality spirits and natural products. We have kept our flavours bold and simple by using only fresh ingredients. Whether it's an aperitif or a nightcap, our delicious and inventive menu has something to suit all tastes.

Beer
We have a beer to match every dish on our menu – from a light pilsner as a refreshing aperitif, wheat beers to complement fresh dishes, dark lagers to pair with the strong smoky flavours, and even oak-aged beers to complement our cheese board. Our beers are all sourced locally in the UK or from craft brewers in the US.

Our sommelier, Paul Green, took his inspiration for the wine list from the sights, smells and tastes that come out of our open kitchen. He has assembled a wine list that takes in all corners of the globe and offers delicious wines that can match the strong, natural flavours on our menu.
